The three-storey, dog-friendly property offers high-end, self-catering accommodation with eight bathrooms and two enclosed patio areas, located within walking distance of the beach and South Cliff Gardens.
A Beautiful House...
Spinnaker House has been lovingly restored and brought back to life. The property was constructed in approximately 1900 and has been both a private house and a hotel. You are just a couple of minutes walk from the breathtaking Esplanade, famous for 'the best view in Scarborough'. And on-street parking is FREE as it's just outside the disc zone!
Space For Up To 17 Guests...
Spinnaker House is capable of sleeping up to 17 people, and well behaved dogs are permitted. The property has two sitting rooms so if children are desperate to catch up on their programmes then they can do so without being disturbed! The large Table Football game is great fun too!
Incredible Facilities...
There is also a well equipped modern kitchen for creating a banquet for all guests who can sit together in the dining room. Alternatively local restaurants are a short walk if that is preferred.
3 Floors, 8 Bathrooms!
Sleeping accommodation is spread over three floors, with a mixture of super king, king, double, bunk and single beds. There are seven ensuite bathrooms plus a family bathroom too. Outside there are two patio areas which are fully enclosed.

"The house is fantastic. We have stayed in some great accommodation over the years, but this one stands out as the best. It’s exceptionally well furnished and equipped, in a great location on a quiet street. You can walk into town in 15 minutes and get to the beach in a similar time. The hosts were very helpful and made sure we were made welcome. They even left us a hamper with a bottle of prosecco, homemade marmalade and a cake! Highly recommended and great value".
"We stayed here for New Year and had an amazing time. There were 15 of us in the house and it was very spacious so we didn’t get on top of each other. Most of the double bedrooms have their own en-suite which was very handy when there were so many people in the house. The kitchen had everything we needed and it was a short walk to a Sainsbury’s local. We would definitely recommend staying here".
