Scarborough has been named in the top 10 best beaches in the UK on Tripadvisor.
Scarborough comes in at number 10 in the list, based on Reviews on the site.
Nearby Filey came 6th.
Brighton can claim to be the UK's best beach based on Tripadvisor reviews. But as we all know, you can't make a decent sandcastle on a pebble beach!
Bournemouth came 2nd, followed by Camber Sands, Weymouth and Gorleston-on-Sea.
Just up the coast, Whitby came in at 22nd position.
